After installing radiators at home, one thing we should also pay attention to is that we must have a maintenance awareness of the radiators, and pay attention to the maintenance of the radiators before and after heating. only after maintenance is done can we prevent problems before they occur. Here are some tips on using radiators, hoping to bring some help to everyone's lives.

(1) Do not cover the radiator. Adding "packaged" heat dissipation facilities first affects the conduction, convection, and radiation of heat, thereby affecting the heating effect. After testing, it was found that the room temperature with "packaging" is about 3 ℃ lower than that without "packaging". In addition, it is not possible to detect heating facility faults in a timely manner and it is not convenient for inspection and maintenance. If indoor decoration is needed, it is recommended to use an integral movable decorative cover to facilitate maintenance of heating facilities

(2) Do not modify heating facilities without authorization. Modifying heating facilities yourself may damage heating facilities due to a lack of necessary construction and installation tools and experience. When the equipment stores water, it can easily leak, affect normal heating, and even cause economic losses to oneself and others. If users need to modify indoor heating facilities due to special reasons, they can apply to the heating unit

(3) If the radiator leaks, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed. If there is no valve, use thick towels, rags, and other items to block it, reduce water flow, and reduce losses caused by hot water spraying. Close the valves as soon as possible and immediately call the maintenance hotline of the boiler room or heat exchange station in the area where they have been separated, and ask professional personnel for maintenance.

(4) Do not close the temperature control valve during the heating period. If heating is not required, the dial of the temperature control valve should be in a state to prevent pipeline cracking due to low winter temperature.

(5) During normal use, if a part of the radiator is not hot, use a vent valve to release gas. When water overflows, close the vent valve.

(6) It is best to use a closed-loop heating system for radiators, and it is strictly prohibited to connect them to pressure free boilers;

(7) When the radiator needs to be cleaned, do not use tools or organic solvents that can damage the spraying surface. Instead, use mild washing products such as soap and water;

(8) Finally, attention should be paid to preventing other objects from hitting or scratching the radiator. If scratches appear, they should be repaired in a timely manner with paint of the same color to avoid extensive damage
